Please note due to the nature of our designs being handcrafted, we can only accept returns if the items are damaged or faulty. This must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your items.

Please use our size chart to ensure you order the correct size before placing your order. 

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on MADE-TO-ORDER items.

Customer Responsibility:

You're responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with the return and delivery.

Non-refundable Duties and Taxes: Please note that if the delivery is refused due to nonpayment of duties and taxes, we won't be able to provide a refund.
